Pasta Connection began in 1984 when Luis Rodriguez decided to open a classic Italian restaurant. His mother, Luisa Porra, was born in Italy and shared her authentic family recipes passed down from many generations. Luis brought with him from Argentina recipes and a knowledge of local cuisine. The final result culminated in Pasta Connection, a blend of authentic Italian dining, Argentinean flavor, and classic American fare.
