Zach’s Shack serves all beef dogs with a natural casing which, when steamed, gives the dogs the “snap”.
Opened in 2004 as a food cart just down the street, Zach’s Shack moved in at 46th & Hawthorne in July 2005.

In 1952, with the help of a Pulitzer-Prize winning writer, the Buena Vista introduced to the world it's now famous Irish Coffee.
The original building where the Buena Vista sits today was a boardinghouse until 1916 when the landlord converted the first floor into a saloon named the Buena Vista.
