Welcome to Colibri Mexican Cuisine! We are an authentic Mexican Restaurant located in the beautiful community of Baldwin Park, Orlando. With a breathtaking view of Lake Baldwin, Colibri offers both an excellent location and a family friendly environment in which to dine.

Portland Prime features the freshest northwestern seafood available, prime steaks and chops, pastas, wood-fired baking oven specialties, hearty soups, creative salads, signature burgers and sandwiches, and an extensive selection of appetizers and side dishes round out the menus. Since we started over thirty years ago, we have expanded our menu from just great tasting gyros to also include other delicious offerings. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients available for all of our menu items. We only use all white meat boneless, skinless chicken breasts. And our Greek salads are prepared using vegetables that are cut fresh daily. Our baklava and spanakopita are baked fresh daily in house, and every order of our French fries are cooked to order and served piping hot.
