Piccolo Mondo Italian Restaurant was established over 25 years ago and is known as one of the most popular and famous Italian Restaurants in the metroplex.

Piccolo Mondo is centrally located, mid-way between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.

Dinner is served daily, lunch is served on weekdays. We have a piano bar and a banquet room.

The Artichoke Cafe strives to serve the best New American Cuisine by offering the finest, freshest, seasonal ingredients using classic French cooking techniques. We prepare all our food in house, made to order from a mise en place. This mise en place is prepared daily by each cook at their personal station and insures the use of the freshest ingredients in putting together every dish we serve.

We will accommodate every guest's dietary needs to the best of our ability. We strive to make our guest's dining experience a delicious and memorable one at the Artichoke Cafe.

Metropolitan features adventurous, seasonally-inspired handcrafted New American cuisine. Combined with attentive service and one of a kind design, guests agree, this is "Utah's Culinary Jewel." Metropolitan's menus attract after-work socializing, sophisticated diners, celebratory parties, and pre-theater goers.

The environment is hip, warm, and approachable. The curved granite bar and cozy lounge is a welcoming spot for relaxing after-work, meeting new people, or sharing small plates with an intimate friend.

Our restaurant's name (French for "cake"), was inspired by a green cake from the cooking journals of artist Claude Monet. Mismatched pub chairs from the English countryside, an antique copper espresso machine from Italy, and an 18-foot stained glass church window imbedded in our celing are all part of an ecclectic design inspired by European Country Inns.
