Schnitzel Fritz is the only German Deli and Restaurant in the North East part of Colorado Springs. Locally owned by Mitch and Anke Verburg who came from Germany in late 2006. Schnitzel Fritz opened in January 2009 and we are proud to be voted:"Best German Restaurant" through the Gazette and the Independent Newspapers in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.
