Cooperage Restaurant is locally owned and operated in Albuquerque since 1976. The restaurant is renowned statewide for our in-house hand cut USDA certified Black Angus Beef. A Spicy Restaurant featuring fresh, unique cuisine. We serve dishes that have a cajun twist and provide a fresh, garden salad with all entrees. Recently, spicy Jamaican and Indian sauces have been added to our menu. It is our jumbo, sauteed shrimp and these spicy sauces for which we have become to be known. Our menu also includes sandwiches, salads, and cajun specialties like jambalaya and gumbo.
