Holeman and Finch Public House is just that, a public house. The arrangement of the tables and the seating in the establishment encourages conversation and communion—a sense that this is a community gathering. The menu is set up the same way. A meal here might be one or two items for one person or several items served up to share with companions or your neighbor seated at the bar.

At the stroke of ten o’clock. a portable bullhorn squawks, “it’s burger time!” Each night, 24 exquisite, double patty cheeseburgers are assembled on house-made buns and served alongside hand-cut fries and homemade ketchup, mustard and pickles—only 24. Some nights they sell out in under a minute.
