Citrus Restaurant features regionally inspired new American cuisine. While Citrus is not "historic" or "citrus themed", the restaurant name is meant to respect Central Florida's heritage. The Citrus Restaurant concept reflects our interpretation of Florida flavors and ideas like fresh, clean, local and independent. The restaurant is stylish and inviting and sets an energetic and lively tone for the emerging Uptown District.

For many years, Stokes smoldered in the dreams of two guys. They thought of warm tortillas, hand rolled enchiladas, crisp homemade salsas, oak-grilled steaks, cowboy beans….then, a Spark! Stokes opened its doors and its wood grill in the spring of 1997 to a city on the move. A city revitalized city, a city in need of perfect Southwestern food, and a place to get a great glass of wine.
