Established in 1949, Tortilla Flats is a magnificent Mexican hacienda, thanks to Ellen and Steve Levinson. Ellen's murals depict scenes from the Levinsons' extensive travels from the seashores to the mountains of Mexico, while also gathering famous recipes.
