For over 40 years this family-owned German Restaurant on the south side of Colorado Springs has served over a million happy customers. On February 5, 1993, Bombay House opened its doors to the public for the first time. Customers, unaccustomed to Indian food and culture in Utah, came wide-eyed and curious, and found themselves warmly welcomed as they were ushered into a different world. Once seated at their quiet, cozy, tables, and served dishes of delicious and succulent food, warm with spices, the people of Utah knew that they had discovered the next great restaurant.

Casa de Ruiz, which literally translates to "the house of Ruiz", has a long and distinctive history. The house was built during the founding of Albuquerque sometime after 1706. This would make Casa de Ruiz the oldest residence in Albuquerque and one of the oldest structures in the state of New Mexico.

Now the Church Street Cafe, open everyday from 8 AM until 9 PM, except for Sundays in which we are open from 8 AM until 4 PM.

Cattlemen's Cafe opened its doors to hungry cowboys, ranchers, cattle haulers and the like in 1910.

We start with the finest Midwest raised, corn-fed beef. Insisting on U.S.D.A. Prime or Choice Grades of beef, we offer quality not available at the local grocery store or supermarket.

We then slowly age our beef according to a closely-guarded house secret. This aging process is impractical to duplicate at home, and results in a naturally tender, flavorful steak.
