Hot Cool Szechuan Cuisine was the slogan when Genghis Cohen Resaurant first opened for business on Oct 14, 1983.

That slogan changed to Southwestern Chinese Cuisine when we expanded and remodeled in 1988, mostly due to the Mexican Paver tiles we laid in what was supposed to be our lounge and party room.
