Established in August of 2001, Tasca Brava has been described as "the little gem" and was placed on the list for the Top Ten Restaurants in the Triangle by the local press. Owner/Chef Carlo Nicolazza, originally from Naples, opened Bella Italia in 2001. He has spent most of his adult life in the restaurant industry, including many years on the Italian coast.
