Here at the Royal Palm Restaurant, we offer a wide variety of delicious Thai curries, exotic soups, and heavenly vegetarian dishes. We hope you will enjoy them and return again and again to "work your way" through the menu.

The menu offers dishes from a variety of regions all across India. Our famous Madras Curry is named for the southeastern city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, and our Vindaloo dishes originate from the southwestern state of Goa. Chef Uddin's family is originally from Bangladesh and Bengal. This brings many Northeast Indian influences to his cooking, and includes many homestyle recipes.

Hiroshi's Restaurant opened its door on April 8, 2002, after serving the residents in the Puget Sound area through catering service of its signature "SUSHI & ROLL" along with a variety of Japanese cuisine since 1997. Even if your guests are not familiar with Japanese cuisine, we can always arrange it according to your request.

Born in the northern China port city of Tsing Tao (home of the Chinese beer) and raised in Taiwan, Judy Fu came to the United States in 1972. She has worked in the restaurant business since, first on the East Coast, then for a number of restaurants in the Seattle area, establishing her reputation as one of Seattle's top Chinese chefs.
